How it works
A free reference of disclosed supplier–customer relationships between companies, built from public SEC filings and updated every day.
Sourced
Every 10-K filed with the SEC is read, along with XBRL-tagged customer concentration figures. A company appears when a filing names it as a customer or supplier.
Verified
A link is published only with the exact sentence from the filing and a link to the document on sec.gov. Anonymous customers (“Customer A”) are shown as unnamed and never guessed.
Estimated
Dollar figures are the disclosed percentage × the discloser's reported revenue for the same period. Links not repeated in later filings are marked lapsed, not deleted.
Coverage is limited to what companies choose to disclose: most never name their customers. Data is public domain; errors are possible, so every figure links to its source. Privacy
