The customers of Lone Star Paving include the Texas Department of Transportation (“TxDOT”), local municipalities, heavy civil contractors, and commercial and residential developers. For instance, a substantial portion of our revenues each quarter are derived from projects completed for various Departments of Transportation, including the Alabama Department of Transportation (“ALDOT”) and the North Carolina Department of Transportation (“NCDOT”), each of which has accounted for more than 10% of our consolidated revenues for various periods within the past two fiscal years, as further described under the heading “Concentration of Risks” in Note 2 – Significant Accounting Policies to the consolidated financial statements included elsewhere in this report. | ||||||
